Where there is no fault with the item/s returned, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. 4. Returns should be notified to Dales Fabrics Customer Services via ebay 5. Where a return is required as a result of an error, fault, or otherwise on the part of Dales Fabrics, postage costs may be recovered by the customer. 6. Return postage refunds must be authorised by Dales Fabrics prior to return. 7. Where return postage refunds have not been authorised, the customer may not be supplied a return postage refund. 8. Dales Fabrics may require that a return be made by courier. 9. Where 8. applies, Dales Fabrics will arrange the courier service. 10. Where returns are not sent by tracked / signed for delivery, Dales Fabrics cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. 11. Return postage costs refunds shall be capped at £5.00 unless otherwise stated prior to return.
